Our support team resolves both technical and general product enquiries for all software and data that we supply. Technical support is not intended as a substitute for training and is only offered to those who have completed an authorised training course.

Software support comes in different forms:

  • Product maintenance - which guarantees the correct technical operation of the basic product
  • Software maintenance - which provides similar guarantees for products or solutions that have been customised or developed by us
