MapInfo Maintenance Update Patch

January 2006

A maintenance update (patch) for MapInfo Professional 8.0 is now available. Get the update by using the Help > Check For Update command in MapInfo Professional. This will direct you to MapInfo's website and the download page.

Key changes in this update are:

• Updated ArcGrid and Erdas IMG raster and grid handlers
• Bi-variate thematic issues resolved
• Thematic drawing issues resolved
• Thematic legend swatches retain size when printed
• Join information now displays correctly in Info Tool
• Find symbol style persists for session
• Long processes continue to run unattended with MI Pro window minimised
